Hi, I'm Luc Alexander. I am an independent health coach, nutritional scientist, and personal trainer. My approach to fitness is entirely holistic—I combine evidence-based nutritional science with structured, functional movement to help you build a resilient body and a balanced life.
My passion for this comes from personal experience. Years ago, while studying industrial systems engineering, I was completely falling apart. I had zero social life, terrible sleep, and was utterly out of shape. That disconnect changed everything for me. I realized I didn't want to build systems for machinery; I wanted to help human beings build sustainable lifestyle systems for wellness. I shifted paths, earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences, got certified, and dedicated my life to coaching.
Originally from the desert heat of Hermosillo, Mexico—where I grew up swimming and discovered the weight room at 14—life eventually brought me to Pittsburgh in 2018 alongside my wife, Lindsey. Today, I run my independent coaching programs on my own terms, collaborating locally with PUNCH Boxing & Fitness Studio to provide premium, private 1-on-1 training environments.
Outside the studio, I'm a tech nerd, an electronic music lover, and someone who deeply relies on nature—hiking, biking, and kayaking—to maintain my own mental clarity. I live the same daily juggle to find balance that you do. I don't expect perfection from my clients, because I don't expect it from myself.
