Not at all. The beauty of the private studio is that there is no audience. My programming is tailored to your starting point, whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete.
We focus on the "big rocks"—mindset, barriers, sleep, and nutrition behaviors. I use motivational interviewing to help you unlock your own motivation and solutions, which is proven to be more sustainable than simply following a PDF plan.
For all new clients, I offer a mandatory New Client Protocol: 6 x 30-minute private sessions for a one-time payment of $249.

This allows us to assess your movement patterns, build a foundation, and ensure we are the right fit before discussing long-term retention options.
